Taryan Towers

The company Big Kyiv received a comprehensive order for the Taryan Towers project. Together with our partner, Sika, we developed a project to perform waterproofing on the terraces, balconies, roof of the building, podium, technical floors, technical rooms, and parking slab.

We performed a complex of waterproofing works on the terrace with subsequent installation of tiles and insulated and isolated the parking roof.

During the work, we used a wide range of Sika materials.

1. We carried out insulation and waterproofing of the parking slab, podium, and technical floor, using the PVC membrane Sikaplan WP 1100.

2. On the terraces, we have two levels of waterproofing. Sika Lastic 152 provides waterproofing on the concrete slab.

3. We ensured reliable adhesion to the glazed structures using a liquid polyurethane membrane. We applied a liquid polyurethane Sika Lastic 614 to the junction, which covers Sika Reemat Premium - a glass mat, non-woven fabric made of fiberglass.

4. We used Sika PIR 40 mm insulation, screed, and again 152 and 614 Lastik at the junction. Only after performing the complex of works listed above can we lay the tiles.
