Successful cooperation case at the Magnett business center.
Tasks:
➡️ Waterproofing of the underground parking lot,
➡️ Waterproofing of the roof, which is unique in that it consists of terraces.
We performed sealing of cold joints and cracks, waterproofing of the concrete surface, and sealing of expansion joints.
The problem we were solving was water seepage through expansion joints.
The company BIG KYIV used water-repellent materials and vertical cold joints.
There was a need to inject polyurethane resin through non-static cracks on the object.
We are presenting the second part of the work at the Magnett business center, namely comprehensive works on waterproofing of the roof, which is also a terrace.
The BIG Kyiv team performed the following types of work:
Vapor barrier,
Insulation,
Sloping screed,
PVC membrane waterproofing using Sikaplan 15 G material.
In addition, adjustable supports were installed on the terraces, and tiles were laid.
We used adjustable supports because the principle of the screw jack allows for smooth adjustment of the height of the support, which is convenient when working on uneven surfaces. Durability and resistance to temperature fluctuations allow the supports to be installed in the open air.
The BIG KYIV team also worked on waterproofing the underground parking lot and the roof, which serves as a terrace.
Today we want to show photos of the underground parking lot BEFORE and AFTER waterproofing works. Everything is beautiful, neat, but most importantly - reliable.
Sealing of cold joints and cracks, waterproofing of the concrete surface, and sealing of expansion joints helped solve the problem of water penetration into the object.
